This policy applies to all individuals who sign up for the Digital Marketing Course. By completing your registration and fee payment, you agree to the terms stated on this page.

2. Cancellation Before the Course Begins
Life and schedules can change, and we respect that. If you need to cancel your enrollment before the course starts, here’s how your request will be handled.
Eligibility for Full Refund
You are eligible for a 50% percent refund of the course fee under the following condition:
- Your cancellation request is submitted 7 days or more before the confirmed course start date.
Cancellation Within 6 Days of Start Date
If your request is made less than 7 days before the course begins, the fee becomes non-refundable.
This applies even if:
- You have not attended any classes
- You have not accessed the LMS
- You have not joined orientation or onboarding
The operational and resource allocation process begins a week before the batch start, so cancellations within this window cannot be refunded.
3. Refunds Once the Course Has Started
After the course officially begins, no refunds are offered, fully or partially.
This includes situations where the student:
- Missed classes
- Faces internet or device issues
- Experiences a change in work schedule
- Loses interest
- Finds the course difficult
- Experiences personal commitments
- Has completed only a small portion of the course
Once learning materials or any part of the course has been accessed, the fee becomes fully locked in.
Exceptional Circumstances
If you experience a major medical emergency or unavoidable crisis, you may request a review. You will be asked to submit supporting documents.
Approval is at the discretion of Vidushi Infotech’s management team.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
Some components associated with course enrollment are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Registration or admission charges
- GST and applicable taxes
- Payment gateway processing fees
- Discounts, promotional offers, or early-bird prices
- LMS access once granted
- Course materials already shared
5. Payment-Related Issues
If you experience duplicate payment, failed transactions, or overcharging:
- The amount will be refunded only after verification from our payment gateway and bank
- Processing may take 7 to 14 business days
- Refund is issued only to the original payment method used at the time of enrollment
6. Course Cancellation by Vidushi Infotech
If Vidushi Infotech cancels or reschedules a course for operational reasons, you will be automatically shifted to the next available batch at no extra cost. We will inform you of the update through email or phone.
7. Refund Processing and Timelines
If your refund request qualifies:
- Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days
- The amount is credited to the same account used for the original transaction
- Processing time depends on your bank or payment gateway
- Vidushi Infotech is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party services
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

9. Important Notes
- Verbal refund requests (phone calls, WhatsApp, or in-person) are not considered valid unless followed by an email.
- Refunds cannot be accelerated for travel plans, job changes, academic schedules, or personal commitments.
- No part of the course fee can be shifted, adjusted, or used as credit for another program.
